Shipping Policy
Everything you need to know about receiving your LactiGo or Fortigo order in Australia.

LactiGo and Fortigo are currently shipped from the United States of America. Australian production and local shipping is expected within months. We will update this page as soon as local supply is confirmed.
In the meantime, Australian customers can receive their orders by using a forwarding shipping service — see below for how this works.
How to Order as an Australian Customer
Because LactiGo ships from the USA, orders are fulfilled to US addresses. To receive product in Australia you have two options:
- Option 1 — Forwarding Service: Sign up for a US-based forwarding service such as MyUS (www.myus.com). They provide you with a US mailing address. You ship your LactiGo order to that address and they forward it to your Australian address.
- Option 2 — Contact your referrer: If someone referred you to this site, contact them directly — they may be able to assist with your order and shipping arrangements.
Using a Forwarding Service — Step by Step
- Create a free account at www.myus.com
- You will receive a personal US mailing address
- Place your LactiGo order through the link on this site, entering your MyUS address as the delivery address
- Once LactiGo ships to your MyUS address, MyUS notifies you and forwards the parcel to your Australian address
- Forwarding fees and timelines vary — check MyUS's current rates on their website
Estimated Delivery Times to Australia
Delivery times vary depending on the forwarding service and shipping method selected. As a general guide:
- US to MyUS warehouse: 3–7 business days after LactiGo dispatch
- MyUS to Australia (standard): 10–21 business days
- MyUS to Australia (express): 5–10 business days
These are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, postal delays, or service disruptions.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Orders imported into Australia may be subject to customs assessment. Goods valued over AUD $1,000 may attract import duties and GST, assessed by the Australian Border Force. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
LactiGo is a cosmetic/topical wellness product. Customers are encouraged to check current Australian Border Force import requirements if ordering larger quantities.
Shipping Handled by LactiGo
All orders are fulfilled and dispatched directly by LactiGo Inc. from the United States. The Carnosine Edge does not handle, pack, or ship any product. For order tracking, dispatch queries, or shipping issues, your first point of contact is LactiGo's platform (my.lactigo.com) or Debra at debra.m71@gmail.com.
Australian Production — Coming Soon
LactiGo is actively working towards local Australian production and distribution. When this launches, Australian customers will be able to order directly with standard domestic shipping. Existing brand partners and customers will be notified first.
